How we got here

The audit-trail problem
Institutional procurement teams could not reliably tie invoice payments to verified, human-approved engineering delivery, commit SHAs, PR links and client sign-off lived in disconnected systems.
2025
Verispect Ltd as compliance-recordkeeping layer
We built a UK technology orchestration entity that never touches client funds. Inbound Western corporate invoices settle by SEPA Instant into a UK collection layout while cross-channel activity is independently verified.
2026
The Compliance Passport Compiler
Netract launched its unalterable machine-readable PDF/JSON audit trail, compiling zero-raw-ingestion cross-channel activity evidence with procurement data across Kenya, Nigeria, India and Eastern Europe corridors.
