About Netract // ስለ እኛ

Built in Stockholm. Cleared in London.

B2B procurement and Merchant of Record infrastructure by Verispect Ltd (UK) — made with love by Addis Ababa‑ians.

How we got here

2024

The corridor problem

Ethiopian software houses were winning European contracts but losing 10–20% of every invoice to correspondent wires, aggregator margins and forced retail liquidation.

2025

Verispect Ltd as Merchant of Record

We placed a UK corporate entity between the two sides. European buyers sign a standard domestic B2B contract and settle by zero-fee SEPA Instant wire.

2026

Retention, not liquidation

Netract launched the multi-currency master vault with three exit pathways — local bank forex retention wires, direct SaaS bill settlement and stablecoin bridges.

What we hold to

እምነት

Trust before speed

Every settlement writes an immutable ledger trace and a cryptographically signed Compliance Passport. Nothing moves that a bank auditor cannot verify.

ክብር

Dignity in the corridor

Ethiopian engineering is not cheap labour. Our vendors invoice under a professional Western corporate front, with native Euro rails and Western payment terms.

ግልጽነት

Transparent economics

A flat 1.5% treasury management fee, and a 1.0% spread only if a supplier explicitly chooses a final-mile Birr withdrawal. No hidden foreign exchange markup.

100%

Foreign exchange revenue retained in the master vault until the supplier chooses.

€0.00

Bank transfer cost for a European buyer settling by SEPA Instant wire.

10s

Typical clearing time from buyer settlement to vault credit.
